Something big and special will happen for the people of Antique and the whole website community of Kinaray-a.com this coming December 29, 2007. After a year of journey as a community and as a home for Antiqueños all over the world, and inspite of the bumps and falls, Kinaray-a.com continues to rise, shine and remain strong and faithful to its mission and vision as it prepares itself to celebrate its 1st Anniversary on the said date. On that day, its whole members both local and abroad will hold programs and activities apt for a jubilating and gratuitous community. And one of those activities is the most awaited concert of the band Pupil.
Composed of four members namely Yan Yuzon on guitar, Dok Sergio on bass, Bogs Jugo on drums, and Ely Buendia on guitar, Pupil is the replacement for the defunct band, "Mongols."
And who coudn't recognize Ely Buendia? Everybody recognizes not only his personal contributions but his former band Eraserheads share in the local music industry. Even they left the scene as E-heads after breaking up in 2002, Ely is still fulfilling his promise of continuously giving his kind of music to all his fans. And he is doing this by being part of the new band now known as "Pupil". |
